Details

This group provides a space for graduate and professional students to support each other and learn effective coping skills to manage their stress. Students will be able to process their academic, social, family, and career-related distress in a safe therapeutic environment. Students will also learn coping strategies through experiential exercises to raise their self-awareness and self-compassion. We will cover topics related to imposter syndrome, perfectionism, procrastination, etc.
