Come take an afternoon study break and practice origami! Origami requires concentration and focus, which helps to calm the mind and reduce anxiety. The repetitive folding of paper can also be meditative, similar to the practice of yoga or mindfulness meditation. This wellness session will emphasize the importance of de-stressing and being in the present moment, along with the sound of calming music in the background to facilitate a relaxing environment.
