Crochet is considered a powerful tool for mindfulness and relaxation. The repetitive motion of crocheting can be incredibly calming, allowing the mind to focus on the present moment
and let go of any distractions or worries. This wellness experience provides a space to learn how to crochet for beginners or simply continue projects that you’ve started and haven’t had time to work on during the semester! Supplies are provided, if needed.
